DMCA / Takedown
Dank Memes Only respects intellectual-property rights. Memes are created by their authors, and we display them with attribution and a link to the source wherever we can. If you are a copyright owner (or their agent) and believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it. We act quickly on valid requests, and you don't need a formal legal notice — a clear email is enough to get something taken down.
Fast takedown
Email akash@sheets.works with a link to the meme on our site and a short note that you own it or want it removed. We will take it down promptly while we review.

- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within the time the law allows.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Creator credit
Every meme we publish keeps its author credit and source link where available. If you are a creator and want your work credited differently or removed entirely, just email us — we will sort it out.
